VAT and other Taxes
Freemius Inc is responsible for charging, collecting and accounting for sales taxes ( Such as VAT).
Prices listed are excluding VAT. For UK customers VAT will be charged at the required rate. Customers in the EU that provide a valid VAT number prior to ordering, will be charged 0% and will be required to report to their own authorities under the reverse charge arrangements.
Refunds & Cancellations
You have the right to cancel orders up until the download process has started. Your right to the withdrawal from the contract terminates once the download commences.
Free trials are free for the specified time , if a credit card is requested at the start of the trail it is for anti-fraud reasons and will not be charged until the trial ends. It is your responsibility to cancel any trial in these situations or you will be charged automatically.

HMTL and PHP software is licensed under the GNU General Public Licence (see the licence here http://www.gnu.org/copyleft/gpl.html ) which gives you certain freedoms with the licence but also provides the software without warranty, even implied, or any promise of fitness of purpose. The GNU restricts adding any further limitations.
Software may contain additional licences ( such as MIT or commercial licences ) where third party software is incorporated into the software, these additional licences may restrict some freedoms.
The fee you will pay Freemius inc for the software is for the distribution of the software and access to updates to the software for the agreed period and for the enjoyment of premium features of the software or the agreed period. If the period is described as ‘lifetime’ this is the lifetime of the software, software support and updates may be discontinued ( end of life ) for any reason including technical or economic reasons, however software will normally have a minimum lifetime of three years and normally 6 months notice prior to becoming ‘end of life’.
You will receive software that has GPL code that restricts functionality to that of the free version ( or totally if no free version ) if the licence is no longer valid, e.g. on expiry. You accept by using the software provided that if you do not maintain a valid licence the functionality may terminate.
Please note the limitations of liability below, any software and software updates are strictly provided subject to such limitation. It is your responsibility to ensure software is tested and you have appropriate backups before installation or upgrade.
You agree that you understand that unless you have paid for support you will not get any support.
Support may be provided by telephone or other remote means totally at our discretion.
Access to support does not imply that support will always be available or imply any service level regarding support.
Usage of support is restricted to the specific software downloaded.
Support is restricted to the time purchased or if support is bundled with the software the fair usage limits specified in the product description.
Fullworks operates in the UK and support is limited to UK business hours.
