Our anti spam honeypots have detected a rise in fake copyright infringement notices.
These don’t appear come from bots so probably coming from human spam factories, using IP addresses that are not yet blacklisted.
The content of the emails follow the same format and direct you to a Google storage link, asking you to download a document. Obviously don’t follow any links you don’t trust.
Each email uses the same boiler plate, but different large companies, such as Zoho, Hubspot, MailChimp, Slack etc., clearly designed to frighten the user into clicking the target.
At this point in time we don’t know what the target is as it redirects to sites that have been taken down already. But a reasonable guess, based on the supposed senders are they are phishing sites for your logins to Zogo, HubSpot, MailChimp, Slack etc.
