Raising a Support Ticket – Shortcode Options

When dealing with over 80 shortcode options, it can be challenging to identify what options are available. If you require assistance, please submit a support ticket. To expedite the resolution process, it’s helpful to structure your support ticket with the following information, which we typically request:

  1. A link to the specific page on your website where you are encountering issues.
  2. The shortcode you are using, copied and pasted.
  3. A clear description of the desired outcome you are trying to achieve.
  4. Your API key.
  5. Links to the direct Eventbrite Event of any events that are causing issues, such as events that are not displaying correctly in your shortcode.
